All of these may suffer from major
defects as if stored in damp conditions the metal bars top and base
rust staining the paper. The gloss top coat yellows in direct
sunlight and if folded marks permanently and just to make it simpler
they were originally issued for educational use in schools. Due to all
these factors few survive in good condition all will frame well defects
listed .
