[William Mecham(1853 – 21 August 1902)] for the St Stephen's
Review. The lithographs were created by Tom Merry, political cartoonist
and contributer to "St Stephen's Review of Facts and Fancies, Thoughts,
Realities and Shams". The magazine was published under this name from
1883 to 1892 when it changed its name to "Big Ben". It closed one year
later. Coloured lithograph. Sheet 357 x 545mm. 14" x 21½".
